I am a chemist, microbiologist, and statistician.  My research areas have included biodiesel, chemometrics, machine learning, bacteriophages, mass spectrometer developement, ion counting, and time-of-flight calibration. I love to learn new things, especially when they are outside of my areas of expertise and I love apply myself to interdisciplinary science projects.  I also love to teach, everything from chemistry and statistics to Shorinji Kempo.
